1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, use, and access to the sauna and ice bath facilities operated by TEMZ Floating Saunas (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 By booking a session or entering our facilities, you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available at our premises and on our website.
2. Health & Safety
2.1 Participation in sauna and ice bath sessions is at your own risk.
2.2 You must disclose any relevant medical conditions before using our facilities, including but not limited to: heart conditions, circulatory issues, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or recent surgery.
2.3 If you are unsure whether sauna or ice bath use is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before attending.
2.4 Customers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair judgment or physical ability will not be permitted entry.
2.5 You must follow all staff instructions and posted safety guidelines at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.
3. Bookings & Payments
3.1 All bookings must be made in advance via our website, or at the premises.
3.2 Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or credit.
4.2 Cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.
4.3 No-shows will not be refunded.
4.4 If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
5. Facility Rules
5.1 Customers must not enter the river under any circumstances.
5.2 Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
5.3 Towels must be used inside the sauna.
5.4 Glass containers, food, or alcohol are not permitted.
5.5 Please respect the peace and relaxation of other guests. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.6 You are responsible for your personal belongings. We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Age Restrictions
6.1 Customers must be 16 years to use the sauna and ice bath facilities.
7. Liability
7.1 You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sauna and ice bath use.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from your use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence.
7.3 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the facilities in breach of these Terms.
8. Privacy
8.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8.2 By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for booking, payment, and communication purposes.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
