We invite you to join the first TEMZ Run Club on Monday 9th February with a gentle, all inclusive 5k plod around the Teddington Towpath. We will meet at 7pm in front of the Lensbury Hotel Members Reception for a 7:15pm start, and of course we will recover with a floating sauna and ice bath session on the pontoon from 8pm.

It’s free to join but if you wish to use the sauna, a donation of £10pp is suggested, which includes refreshments and homemade healthy snacks. All profits will be donated to our charitable partner The Woodpecker Project - so we can move and make a difference together.
